Registration/RSVP for Shabbat Services

  • Registration/RSVP for Shabbat Prayer Services this week - SIGN ON BELOW

    • Our community’s health and well-being is our top priority. Please carefully review the following rules and regulations regarding attending Shabbat prayer services.

    • If any of the following 3 criteria apply to you, the present Phase 1 partial re-opening prohibits your attendance at services; 

      1) If you are slightly unwell (including but not limited to; fever, coughing, shortness of breath, aching muscles, sore throat or sniffling etc).

      2) You have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, or who is a possible carrier of COVID-19, within the past 14 days.

      3) You are experiencing a loss of taste or smell and/or another medical abnormality.

      If you are 65 years or older and/or have an underlying health issue that puts you at a greater risk, it is incumbent upon you to consult your personal physician if you may safely return to Shul at this time.

      Mandatory Protocol - Effective Immediately:

      1) Wear a mask at all times. (At all services, for all ages).

      2) Disinfect your hands upon entering and leaving the facility. Disinfect the personal areas you use, before and after use. Please bring our own disinfecting supplies with you.

      3) Bring your own Tallis, Siddur and Tehilim and/or any other sefer you wish to use. No personal items may be left in Shul. No public Siddurim will be available.

      4) At all times, maintain a minimum of 8 feet of distance between you and anyone other than immediate family.

      5) Do not move any chairs. Chairs are set in specific conformance to distancing regulations.

      6) No food should be brought to the property. No Kiddushim will be held.

      7) No congregating inside or outside of facility, before or after services.

      After reviewing above, please complete the registration form below and submit ASAP.

      Due to limited capacity, your reservation will be confirmed with preference given to regular attendees and those who need to say Kaddish (we will try and have everyone who can, join at least one Minyan). 

      Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with the Minyan times you have been assigned to.
