MEET LEVANA KIRSCHENBAUM, formerly the co-owner of Levana’s Restaurant in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, a pioneer in Kosher upscale dining. She is a master culinary instructor and cookbook author, and gives cooking demos across the country. She has published four cookbooks including, “The Whole Foods Kosher Kitchen: Glorious Meals Pure & Simple” and a DVD set based on her demo series called "In Short Order”.
Levana has been a guest on TV and radio, offering her practical and nutritious approach to Kosher cooking.
